Exchange Policy
We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange under the following terms:
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
Only items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (with tags and labels) are eligible.
Exchanges are only allowed for defective, damaged, or wrong items received.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Items marked as final sale, clearance, or customized cannot be exchanged.
Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer are not eligible.
Process
Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp with your order number, photo of the item, and reason for exchange.
Once approved, return the item to the address provided.
We will ship the replacement item after inspecting the returned item.
Shipping Costs
If the item is defective or incorrect due to our error, we will cover all shipping costs.
For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Time Frame
The replacement item will be sent within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

We recommend using a trackable courier service to return your item.
We reserve the right to reject exchanges that do not meet the conditions above.
