How to Return

1. Contact our customer service with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.

2. Once your return is approved, send the item back to the provided return address.

3. We will process your refund after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Method

• Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or to your original payment method, depending on your request and eligibility.

Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will cover return shipping.

• For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
