Shipping Coverage

We ship to all regions across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

Delivery Time

  • Peninsular Malaysia: 2 to 5 business days

  • Sabah & Sarawak: 5 to 8 business days
    Note: Delivery times may vary based on location, courier service, or peak season demand.

Shipping Fees

  • Flat rate: RM7 (Peninsular Malaysia)

  • East Malaysia: RM12 to RM18 (depending on weight and location)

  • Free shipping for orders over RM100 (Peninsular Malaysia only)

Packaging

All products are packed securely to ensure safe delivery. Premium or delicate items may include additional protection such as bubble wrap or boxes.

Self-Collection

We currently do not offer self-collection unless specifically mentioned in the product listing.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will usually retry or leave instructions for redelivery or collection.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
